Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Protection Policy
01. Strict Non-Refundable Policy on Digital Products
Due to the irreversible, intangible, and instantly downloadable nature of digital products (including Laravel/Next.js SaaS starter code, n8n/Make automation blueprints, video editing preset packs, Figma design systems, and digital playbooks):
ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES ARE 100% FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ONCE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED AND THE SECURE ACCESS OR DOWNLOAD TOKEN IS GENERATED.
In accordance with Section 56 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and international digital commercial law, once intangible software assets or codebases have been delivered or accessed, the contract is fully consummated and cannot be rescinded. We encourage prospective buyers to inspect all product specifications, requirements, and preview documentation before completing payment.
02. Professional Agency Service & Retainer Cancellation
Make My Fame reserves dedicated human capital, creative direction, DaVinci color grading suites, and full-stack software engineers for each contracted retainer partner.
- Sprint Kickoff: Once an agile development sprint, video production batch, or strategy audit has officially commenced, retainer fees for that billing cycle are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Notice: Clients on recurring monthly retainers may pause or cancel future sprints by providing written notice via official email to
billing@makemyfame.comat least 14 calendar days prior to the next billing date. - Unused Sprint Hours: Unused hours or delayed client approvals do not carry over to subsequent months and are not eligible for cash refunds.
03. Technical Defect Resolution Guarantee
If you experience any verified technical issue with a digital product download (e.g., corrupted archive or broken download link):
- Contact our technical support desk at
support@makemyfame.comwithin 48 hours of purchase with your Order Number and proof of transaction. - Our engineering team will rectify the issue or provide alternate direct cloud access within 24 business hours. Technical download issues do not constitute grounds for monetary refund if the asset is successfully delivered upon replacement.
04. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Dispute Protocol
We maintain cryptographic verification logs, IP address tracking, order timestamps, and Razorpay payment authorization signatures for every transaction.
- Unilateral Chargebacks: Any Customer who initiates a fraudulent payment reversal, chargeback, or friendly-fraud dispute with their credit card issuer or UPI provider without prior written communication with Make My Fame will have all software licenses, download tokens, and access privileges immediately and permanently revoked.
- Legal Recourse: Make My Fame actively defends against fraudulent disputes by presenting complete server delivery manifests and payment audit trails to financial arbiters and regulatory authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Customer will be held liable for all legal recovery costs, administrative fees, and banking penalties.
