01. Information We Collect

Make My Fame ("we", "us") values your privacy. We collect only information essential to delivering high-performance creative and technical solutions:

• Contact Details: Full name, corporate email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact, and business social handles submitted via our inquiry forms.
• Billing Information: Business legal name, GSTIN (for Indian tax invoices), billing address, and transaction identifiers. We do NOT store complete credit card or debit card numbers on our servers; all payment transactions are tokenized and processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners (Razorpay).
• Technical & Analytical Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and referral URLs collected via aggregated web analytics to optimize site performance and security.

02. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely for legitimate business operations:

• Provisioning contracted creative production, web application builds, and digital product delivery.
• Dispatching official tax invoices, payment receipts, and digital product download credentials via SMTP.
• Communicating project sprint updates and client onboarding documentation.
• Complying with statutory accounting and tax regulations under the Government of India.

03. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted enterprise vendors to facilitate services:

• Razorpay: Secure payment processing and webhook transaction settlement.
• Transactional Email Gateways (SMTP): Secure delivery of order confirmations and client notifications.
• Cloud Hosting & CDN: Encrypted file delivery and DDoS mitigation.

We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or corporate data to third-party data brokers or marketing aggregators.

04. Data Security & Storage

We enforce SSL/TLS 256-bit cryptographic encryption across all web traffic. Internal databases and access tokens are restricted with strict role-based authentication. Client assets and raw project files are stored in private cloud storage and retained for 90 days post-project completion.
